Introduction
This guide has been written in accordance with Attitude is Everything guidelines. Staged Events (NW) Ltd are working towards the Access Starts Online stamp of approval for all of our events.

Buying Tickets for the Disabled Customer Viewing Area
Disabled customers should buy a standard Festival ticket first. If you are a wheelchair user you will then need to add your name to our Guest List for access to the Disabled Customer Viewing Area, by simply emailing your name to access@irlamlive.co.uk  add Disabled Customer to the message bar. If you need to apply for a free PA ticket, you need to download and complete the Access requirements application form featured on section 5 of this page and return your completed form to access@irlamlive.co.uk

Site Description
The festival site is predominantly grass with hard-standing pathways to the access point. There are no hard-standing pathways inside the festival site.

Access Facilities
If any of our disabled customers require a personal assistant, you can apply for a free pass. To access the viewing area. This will take the form of a transferable lanyard so that the personal assistant can be re-assigned by you throughout the day. This system is designed to make sure everyone can enjoy the festival as much as possible.

There will be accessible toilet facilitates and a bar adjacent to the viewing area. Food and other vendors will be located across the festival site. Personal assistants are more than welcome to collect food and other goods from this area at any point.

How to apply for a free pass for a personal assistant
Please open and print the application form, complete all parts and return it to info@irlamlive.co.uk at least two weeks before IRLAM LIVE, Open and print the application form

Travel Guide
The official car park is 0.5km / 0.3 miles away from the festival entrance. The whole journey is on hard-standing pathways with some crossing of roads using pelican crossings. There is a drop-off only point for our disabled guests at the Irlam Leisure Centre car park which is approximately 250m from the entrance. BLUE BADGE HOLDERS can book a spaces close to the gate in the main car park once a pre-paid car park ticket has been purchased. Simply email access@irlamlive.co.uk with your request and car park ticket booking number.

Arrival Guide
Please collect your ACCESS PASS on arrival from the Ticket Office next to the main entrance. You will be wristbanded and directed to the dedicated entrance which will bring you straight on to the viewing area.

Toilets
There will be accessible disabled toilets adjacent to our viewing area.

Medical Services
There will be fully trained medical staff on-site for the duration of the event and our security and customer service staff will be able to contact these at any point should you require medical attention.

If you have any specific medical requirements please complete and indicate this on your application form.

Access to Performance
At present there will be no BSL/captioning/audio description or otherwise provided by Staged Events (NW) Ltd during this event.

Assistance Dogs
If you require an assistance dog be with you on site please indicate so on your application form. We require that any assistance dogs be registered with a member organisation of Assistance Dogs UK.

Strobe Lighting
There will be some lighting and flashing light effects during the performance.
