Travelling by Car
Although we strongly recommend using public transport to take in the full Irlam Live experience, we have arranged for a limited number of parking spaces on a dedicated event car park, just a 4 minute walk from the entrance. Please Note there is NO street parking on all roads close to the festival site. A residents only parking scheme will be in place for the duration of the festival.
The main car park is at Irlam Primary School, Elsinore Avenue, Irlam, M44 6NA. Parking is £10 per car on the day or cheaper if purchased in advance from the TICKETS page. All profits from the car park go to the school. The entrance to Elsinor Avenue is via Liverpool Road, (B5320) close to the junction with Broadway and stewards will be on hand to offer assistance if required.
Blue Badge Holder
The main car park on Elsionore Avenue is 0.5km / 0.3 miles away from the festival entrance. The whole journey is on hard-standing pathways with some crossing of roads using pelican crossings. There is a drop-off only point for our disabled guests at the Irlam Leisure Centre car park which is approximately 250m from the entrance. BLUE BADGE HOLDERS can book a space close to the gate in the main car park once a pre-paid car park ticket has been purchased. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and car park ticket booking number.
