Q. When are Tickets available?
Irlam Live 2025 Super Early Bird Tickets are available now for a limited time. SO… be early. It’s still the best deal for Irlam Live tickets. Make sure your get yours. 🙂
Q. Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets are ONLY available online and up to 8pm on event day. There are no tickets for sale from the event site. Please purchase ticket before coming to Irlam Live.
Q. What does the VIP ticket offer?
A huge VIP Big Top, a private VIP area for our VIP guests. The VIP area is partly undercover with picnic bench tables and seating. The VIP experience starts when you arrive, skip the queues with the VIP FAST-TRACK lane at the main entrance. VIP area features, tables and chair and picnic bench, private VIP bar, private toilets, spacious area with a great view of the main stage. VIP selfie wall and a 360 photo booth. Plus its a popular hang-out for some of the artists..
Q. What are the opening and closing times?
Friday 2 – 10pm
Saturday 12 – 10pm
Sunday 12 – 10pm
Q. Are children allowed to come to the festival?
Yes of course we are a family event. All under 16s must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
Sorry guys but the dog charities agree that your pup will not be enjoying the festival as must as you would be.

Q. Is there anything happening after the festival at other local venues?
Yes Irlam is buzzing, with lots of after show parties and special deals with Irlam Live Wristbands. Also on the run-up to Irlam Live look-out for local deals from hair stylists, nail bars, treatment centres to get you Festival Ready.
Q. Is food and drink available at the festival?
Yes, we are working with some of the best food and drink vendors in the UK for Irlam Live. Prices have been considered to help make sure that we can all enjoy the festival.
Q. Can I bring my own food and drink into the festival site?
No food or drink can be brought onto the festival site, with the exception of a single sealed bottle of water (500ml max). There will be a wide variety of food stalls onsite offering a great range including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. There will be an number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years to purchase alcohol and the bars will run a Challenge 25 policy – ID may be required.
Q. Diabetes, food allergies and intolerances.
People with medical conditions such as diabetes, food allergies and intolerances should email our Special Needs Team access@irlamlive.co.uk with a brief description of your condition and any supporting paperwork/ or doctors note.
Q. Do you have a disabled access and viewing?

Q. Do the bars take cash and card?
YES but the is only one cash lane on each bar.
Q. Do the food vendors / fun fair / other vendors take cash and card?
Most vendors take card and card payments.
Q. How many people are you expecting?
We are licensed for up to 5,000 people per day, which will make for a pretty awesome atmosphere.
Q. Can you come in and out of the event?
No. There are NO PASS OUTS. If you need to do stuff, please arrange cover.
Q. What is the latest admission time?
There will be no admissions after 8pm each night.
Q. What is the best way to travel to Irlam Live?
We highly recommend the use of public transport. Irlam has great transport links with regular buses stopping close to the festival entrance and our refurbished train station 15 minutes walk away. Q. Can I camp at Irlam Live?
No. There is no camping on site. Although there are a few campsites within a ten mile radius of the festival site.
Q. Where can I stay during the festival?
Although there are no hotels within walking distance of the festival there are several nearby which are either on bus routes or close enough to travel to the site by taxi or Uber. Q. Are camping/folding chairs allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but there is a 30m radius of the stage where camping/folding chairs are strictly off limits.
Q. Are umbrellas allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but only small umbrellas. Strictly nothing larger like fishing umbrellas or parasols.
Q. Is there anything I can’t bring into the festival site with me?

Q. I’ve lost my tickets, what should I do?
Please email info@irlamlive.co.uk for more info.
Q. I don’t have a printer at home. How can I print my tickets?
If you can open the ticket on your phone, that generally scan fine, but best to have a physical ticket. Most libraries have printing facilities available.
